Purpose
Approach
The main challenge was to design a brand identity that conveyed Flex's core values of fun, affordability, and fitness flexibility. Additionally, the app needed to deliver an intuitive user experience that supported seamless navigation across web and mobile platforms, encouraging users to easily discover and book fitness classes with personal trainers.
We began with a discovery session to understand Flex’s target market and competitive positioning. I designed a modern logo that communicated simplicity and energy, aligning with Flex's ethos of fitness made easy. The website and app UI were created with a user-centric approach, featuring clear navigation and advanced filters to help users quickly find and book classes. Additionally, social media templates were developed to amplify Flex's community-building efforts and support local personal trainers, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
Results
The rebrand and digital launch of Flex resulted in a significant increase in user engagement and brand awareness. The new logo and intuitive website UI positioned Flex as the go-to platform for local fitness solutions. Users praised the app’s ease of use, group fitness deals, and direct booking with trainers, enhancing Flex’s community-focused appeal. The social media templates also contributed to a consistent and dynamic online presence, helping Flex build its fitness community while supporting trainers in growing their businesses.
Overall, this project highlighted the importance of a seamless user experience and clear brand messaging in building a successful digital platform. Flex’s enhanced digital identity and responsive design positioned them as a leader in the local fitness space.
