Purpose
Approach
The challenge was to create a digital experience that reflected MyHealth’s expertise while offering an approachable, easy-to-navigate platform for users to explore their health solutions. I started by conducting a discovery session with the team to understand their core values and target audience.
We developed a clean, responsive website that offers simple navigation through services, including hormone therapy, testosterone therapy, and weight loss management. The design focused on ensuring users could easily schedule consultations, browse services, and read testimonials from satisfied clients. I also created social media templates to consistently communicate the benefits of MyHealth's personalised treatments.
Results
The new digital platform significantly increased patient engagement, with users reporting ease of access to MyHealth’s services and improved confidence in managing their health. The responsive design made it easier for patients to book consultations and explore personalised solutions, and the brand's online presence was strengthened with consistent messaging across social media channels. The project helped MyHealth solidify its role as a leader in personalised healthcare.
